About Us

In an effort to make therapy more widely available, we have developed a unique counselling and psychotherapy service. Essentially, we are a form of social entrepreneurship known as the Community Interest Company (CIC). As an organisation, our primary goal is to serve the people in our community. To guarantee that you obtain the greatest possible results from your therapy, all earnings we make are reinvested in the services we provide.

What we can provide

We are especially glad to provide long-term therapy within our services, as it is typically prohibitively expensive elsewhere. In addition to providing an excellent service to our customers, we also serve as a placement source for nearby Counselling and Psychotherapy training providers. We provide a supportive and welcoming atmosphere in which learners may refine their abilities while accumulating the requisite number of hours for certification. We provide both in-house supervision and inexpensive training programmes.

Our history

We launched LGB Rimh in September 2018 as a centre to promote the holistic health and well-being of the local community, including services such as Yoga and Tai Chi in addition to Counseling and Psychotherapy.

We launched LGB Rimh in September 2018 as a centre to promote the holistic health and well-being of the local community, including services such as Yoga and Tai Chi in addition to Counseling and Psychotherapy.

In January of 2019, we launched a low-cost counselling programme with the intention of assisting residents of our community and the surrounding region. Since introducing the service, we have gained a reputation for providing superior customer service, and this service has developed significantly.

As a reaction to Covid-19, we’ve established a nationwide internet service that is now available to consumers across the nation. This caused a shift in emphasis to prioritise and extend our low-cost counselling services, as well as a name change to the UK Counselling Network CIC, managed by Nik Gould PTSTA and Sophia Benson MBACP, who have collaborated since 2012. Since both are licenced therapists, therapeutic quality has always been central to their mission. It was their way of giving back to the local community that they founded LGB Rimh. As the saying goes, the rest is history.
