DEPARTMENT OF BIOCHEMISTRY

The full-fledged Department of Biochemistry in the institute was started in the year 1999 with the goal to achieve overall quality in teaching and patient care services.  The academic curriculum of the Department includes teaching programmes, seminars, case presentations and demonstration classes.

The department is currently equipped with an Automatic Chemistry Analyser, Electrolyte Analyser, Semi-Auto Analyser etc. The various biochemistry investigation that are conducted in the department includes Blood Glucose tests, Kidney function test, Liver function test, Lipid profile, Serum, Drug estimation, etc.
